Salary is $60-70,000+

Description

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Create an inclusive and empowering atmosphere where every team member feels seen and valued
• Manage all aspects of daily operations including scheduling, visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
• Actively drive customer engagement and build a community around the brand through local outreach and events
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our brand values
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and operational standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands
• A passion for people, product, and storytelling
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate insights into action
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire others
• A hands-on, can-do attitude—you lead by example
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
