Oversee Optimum Retail Store locations, ensuring sales, productivity, accuracy, quality, and sales goals are met through mentoring, coaching, and engaging with employees and customers. Handle escalated customer concerns, maintain composure, resolve difficult situations, and follow up to ensure positive outcomes. Ensure consistent application of all store policies, processes, and practices to provide superior customer service. Optimize staffing levels to improve service, support business processes, and ensure compliance. Assist in developing a retail sales staff capable of supporting multiple products. Perform administrative, coaching, and mentoring duties necessary to lead and maintain a high-quality retail sales team.
