The Role:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and store team. You will lead, manage, and ensure the maximization of sales growth in your store. Additionally, you will be accountable for loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.

Other duties include:

  • Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store, and creating a communication plan to present to teams at GSMs
  • Ensuring store conditions are consistently maintained to established standards
  • Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Recruiting and building a high-performance team in the store
