Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of the objectives of its store;
• Assume the management of activities related to the store’s operations;
• Ensures the application of standards, procedures and programs established by New Look;
• Ensure quality customer service that meets the company's standards of excellence;
• Train new employees and support their professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience managing a team;
• Have obtained significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs;
• Ability to communicate;
• Leadership and ability to motivate and mobilize a sales team;
• Organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage pressure;
• Bilingualism (English, French), an asset.
