About this Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be the strategic leader of your location—responsible for driving results, developing high-performing leaders, and creating a world-class customer and employee experience. You will set the tone for excellence, accountability, and innovation, acting as both a business owner and a people-first leader. Your leadership will inspire your team, grow the business, and strengthen our brand.

In this role you will:

Own Store Performance: Drive profitability by overseeing operations, financial reporting, inventory management, and sales execution
Lead and Inspire: Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team—including Assistant Store Managers and front-line staff
Create an Exceptional Customer Experience: Model a service-first mindset and resolve escalations with empathy and urgency
Be a Culture Champion: Build a collaborative, engaging work environment where team members are motivated to do their best work
Develop Future Leaders: Identify and grow internal talent through feedback, succession planning, and personalized development
Strategize and Execute: Implement business plans and sales strategies that deliver on key targets and long-term goals
Adapt and Innovate: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and operational data to optimize store performance
Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance, policy adherence, and daily execution across the store

What you bring to the team:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a store or operations management role, preferably within retail, or hospitality industry
• A proven ability to lead and develop leaders, not just front-line staff
• A strong track record of driving business results and meeting/exceeding targets
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• High emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule that aligns with business needs (Monday–Sunday)
