In this role you will:

• Own Store Performance: Drive profitability by overseeing operations, financial reporting, inventory management, and sales execution
• Lead and Inspire: Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team—including Assistant Store Managers and front-line staff
• Create an Exceptional Customer Experience: Model a service-first mindset and resolve escalations with empathy and urgency
• Be a Culture Champion: Build a collaborative, engaging work environment where team members are motivated to do their best work
• Develop Future Leaders: Identify and grow internal talent through feedback, succession planning, and personalized development
