The Role:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and store team. Your role includes leading, managing, and maximizing sales growth in your store. You will also oversee loss prevention processes, participate in prevention strategies, and conduct investigations.

Other duties include:

  1. Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store, and creating a communication plan to present to teams at GSM meetings.
  2. Ensuring store conditions are maintained to established standards.
  3. Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.
  4. Recruiting and building a high-performance team within the store.

What you bring to the role:
