Position Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining store staff, driving sales, achieving KPI targets, operational excellence, visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, store traffic, and market share.
  2. Drive sales through strong KPI performance.
  3. Recruit, hire, and train store personnel.
  4. Achieve sales goals through excellent customer service and monitoring.
  5. Manage staff performance to meet targets.
  6. Conduct performance appraisals and develop career paths.
  7. Ensure high customer satisfaction.
  8. Handle store administration and ensure policy compliance.
  9. Implement customer service initiatives and resolve issues promptly.
  10. Train, motivate, and guide staff for effective operations.
  11. Report on buying trends, product performance, and customer needs.
  12. Maintain operational standards related to paperwork, shipping, receiving, and organization.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven success in store management.
  2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  3. Excellent organizational skills.
  4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  5. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
