About The Role

Store Managers oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They play a crucial role in our success by collaborating with Optometrists to deliver superior customer experiences and coaching staff in effective selling and customer service skills.

About The Person

This role is suitable for individuals from retail or healthcare backgrounds. Optical industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory. We seek organized, caring leaders who can think quickly and make sound decisions to support our brand’s growth. Additional requirements include:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar retail management role.
• Experience managing budgets and staff scheduling in accordance with local labor laws.
