As a Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, you will lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer engagement. Your responsibilities include driving sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, training, and developing your team. Adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, and schedules will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve store objectives and KPI targets
  • Manage operations, including policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
  • Recruit, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-centric team members
  • Model excellent customer service to foster positive customer connections and loyalty
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain an inviting store environment
  • Maintain open communication with the District Manager

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets
  • High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
