Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is opening a new store at Stone Road Mall and seeks a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer service with strong product knowledge.

You will oversee daily operations, develop marketing strategies, manage inventory, and coordinate with head office and suppliers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years retail experience, including 2 in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a store management role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, duties, meetings, and team calendars.
• Lead the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance sales and performance.
• Design policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and consumer demand to forecast sales and report to head office.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and on-site training of new hires.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and restocking to optimize availability.
• Source and liaise with head office and suppliers, monitor budgets, and supervise weekly restocking.
• Support store openings and setup; perform additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead the team to provide top tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients and maximize sales. Including but not limited to…

• Oversee daily store operations by scheduling shifts, assigning duties, organizing meetings, and managing team calendars
• Lead team to drive sales and meet targets by ensuring exceptional in-store customer experience, all while adhering to company standards and best practices
• Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies designed to enhance sales and overall performance
• Design and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
• Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand, forecast potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' activities on sales, providing insights for head office reporting
• Document sales and revenue for head office reporting
• Monitor and enhance the store's customer service standards and staff performance, promptly address customer complaints, and elevate issues to higher management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new hires by conducting interviews and providing on-site training
• Motivate and engage staff to uphold high morale and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and productive store environment
• Ensure accurate stock management by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing product availability
• Source and liaise with head office and suppliers, monitor budgets effectively, and oversee weekly product restocking to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Support with store opening and setup
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business , Retail Management, or a related field
• A strong track record with 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a store management position
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise , and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to leadstaff and enhance the customer experience
• Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
• Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• Ability to analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer behavior
• Experience in inventory management and stock control
• Familiar with retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service
• Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control for head office oversight
• Adept at developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance performance
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
