Job summary

Dollarama in Duncan, BC is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory control. The role ensures store standards align with company guidelines and delivers exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will lead and develop staff, manage shifts, and maintain visual merchandising, while ensuring safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail and team management.

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)
