Red Apple Stores ULC seeks an experienced Store Manager for Parry Sound, ON. You’ll lead daily store operations, build a strong team, and create a shopping experience customers genuinely enjoy. You’ll drive sales, hit targets, and maintain merchandising standards.

You’ll bring 1–2 years of retail management, Grade 12 education, and a customer-first mindset, plus leadership and communication skills to guide a fast-paced team. This full-time role supports a community-focused retail environment.

Salary Range

$45K–$50K per year. This is the expected range—final pay may vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

You’ll take the lead on day‑to‑day success—driving sales, hitting key targets, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll support and coach your team, keep customer service and merchandising standards looking great, and help your store show up strong for the community.

What You’ll Do
