Job summary

Walmart Canada in Fort Saskatchewan, AB is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive profitable sales, and guide Associates to deliver friendly, helpful service in line with company guidelines.

You will work with the Store Manager and Management Team to develop plans, manage budgets and pricing, ensure merchandise presentation and store standards, and implement new programs while monitoring results for the Front End, Back End, Fresh, or Operations areas as assigned.

• Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and forecasts.
• Lead Associates and Managers with clear direction to maintain optimal store conditions and pricing.

• Support community initiatives and participate in company programs to strengthen store presence.
