Starbucks is seeking candidates for a hands-on Future Leaders program that builds supervisory experience, coaching skills, and business acumen to manage a Starbucks store. You will learn to grow a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and create a welcoming community hub around coffee and service.

Using a blend of online learning, classroom training and hands-on mentorship, you’ll learn to drive sales, nurture talent, and inspire others as a dynamic brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail / customer service management experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.
• Minimum High School or GED.
