Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in Victoria, BC. You will join a management team and lead store employees to deliver exceptional customer service, oversee merchandising and marketing programs, and coach team members.

You’ll work closely with the Store Leader to drive performance and maintain store standards. The role offers full-time hours with a structured development path, competitive pay, and eligibility for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash and promote loyalty program; ensure store is clean and stocked.
