Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily store operations, supervise employees, and manage inventory.
  2. Ensure staff levels meet operational needs; recruit, train, and develop talent.
  3. Coach and mentor staff to foster a positive environment and strong team culture.
  4. Communicate effectively to motivate staff and build customer loyalty.
  5. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  6. Conduct performance reviews, recommend pay increases and promotions, and handle performance issues.
  7. Prepare payroll, work schedules, and manage store finances including deposits and inventory.
  8. Act as a liaison between management and team members.
  9. Implement sales strategies, merchandising, and optimize product mix and inventory levels.
  10. Analyze financial statements to monitor trends and take proactive measures.
  11. Maintain store appearance and coordinate maintenance.
  12. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
  13. Perform other duties as required by management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Post-secondary education and management/supervisor experience in QSR/retail/grocery, or equivalent experience.
  • Effective training, coaching, and conflict management skills.
  • Motivated, results-oriented team player.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to transfer to other stores if needed.
Physical and Decision-Making Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to make decisions related to store operations, staffing, and performance management.
