Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers in a timely manner. You will also collect returns, distribute flyers, and manage credit accounts while building strong dealer relationships.

The role emphasizes upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining a clean store environment. A valid license, strong English communication, and physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
