Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Canada seeks a driver to pick, stage and deliver automotive parts to pro customers, handle returns, and support weekly promotions. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, manage credit accounts, and help build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role requires safe driving, excellent communication, and the ability to upsell while maintaining accurate inventory and shop cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent driving record and ability to navigate safely.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment to support sales.
• Respect safety rules and wear appropriate PPE as required.
