Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver in Canada to pick, stage and safely deliver auto parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns and cores, and drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

In this role you will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Safe driving record and navigation skills.
• English required; Spanish a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
