Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Brockville, Ontario is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in customers. You will upsell products, manage returns, and contribute to store operations while maintaining safety and accuracy in inventory.

The role requires driving safely, strong communication, and the ability to work days, evenings and weekends. Automotive knowledge and English proficiency are beneficial for success.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to understand safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Read and interpret parts catalogs and manuals.
• Use basic math for transactions and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Perform daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Stock and cycle counts; manage back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
