Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will collect returns, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while sharing insights gathered during deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, safe driving, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products. You must be comfortable working a variety of shifts, indoors and outdoors, in varying

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
