Responsibilities

• Secure and Manage Merchandise: Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations in accordance with Company procedures.
• Receive and Process Deliveries: Processes direct and local shipments promptly to support timely movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Receiving Area Organization and Documentation: Maintains a clean and organized receiving area and completes all required documentation.
• Safety and Equipment Use: Follows safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Works with the Operations Manager to resolve receiving issues efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance: Safeguards backdoor access and key controls per guidelines.
• Cold Chain and Quality Compliance: Keeps cold chain procedures with required documentation.
• Associate Training and Support: Trains and supports other associates to ensure consistency.
