Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Directs Store Delivery Associate in Thunder Bay, ON to coordinate and process direct and local merchandise for timely store delivery. You’ll support a smooth shopping experience by ensuring products flow to the sales floor and maintaining security and accuracy in receiving procedures.

Responsibilities include securing high-ticket items, processing shipments, keeping the receiving area organized, promoting safety, and training peers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail receiving or merchandise handling.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) when needed.
• Strong accuracy in documentation and process steps.

Responsibilities

• Secure and manage high-ticket merchandise in designated areas.
• Receive and process direct and local shipments promptly.
• Maintain an organized receiving area with returns, claims, and MTRs.
• Follow safe work practices and proper use of equipment.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to resolve receiving issues.
• Safeguard backdoor access and key controls per policy.
• Follow cold chain procedures and document temperature info.
• Train and support other Directs Store Delivery Associat es.
