Job summary

Warman Home Centre in Warman, SK is seeking a full-time Store Associate to deliver great customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You will greet customers, assist with purchases, operate the till, stock shelves, and help with loading products into customers' vehicles. The role requires physical fitness and teamwork in a busy home improvement store.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift between 25-50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of building material, hand tools and other home and garden product is preferred.
• Use of rolling ladders.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet all customers
• Offer product input and assist customers with purchasing decisions while helping them navigate the store
• Operate cash till, receiving debit/credit payments and issuing receipts
• Complete checkout transactions (and returns) accurately and efficiently, and assistance with carrying and loading that product into the customers vehicle (when needed)
• Merchandising and stocking shelves
• Maintain satisfactory inventory controls
• Contribute to a clean and uncluttered store environment, ensuring that department/area and aisles are clear and product is easily accessible to customers
• Remove trash and distressed items
• Work as part of a team and help in other areas as needed

Warman Home Centre is looking for a full-time StoreAssociate. If you pride yourself on great customer experience and enjoy workingas part of a team in a fast-paced environment, then this is the opportunity foryou. Ideally, you live in Warman or in a neighboring community andhave no limitations on getting to work.

The job will require you to be physically fitand you will be on your feet 90% of the day. You will be bending,stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving product.

This is a full-time position working Monday –Saturday (with two days off per week, Sunday being one).

What you will be doing:
