Job summary

Home Hardware in Canmore is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to customers, advise on merchandise, and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised correctly.

You will handle ticketing, replenishment, cycle counts, loss prevention, and stay current with product trends in your section. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Walk/stand on your feet all day.
• Retail or hardware background is an asset.
• Able to work holidays and weekends.

About the Role

Our Retail Sales Associate provides prompt courteous and efficient service to customers, advising them on appropriate merchandise and related items and ticketing and replenishing merchandise; cycle counting, general housekeeping of shelves, loss prevention, merchandising, restocking and staying current with trends in the industry related to his/her product/section of the store.
