• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, assisting with products, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store.
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment per policy, including safety sweep logs.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
