Job summary

Walmart Canada in Napanee, ON is recruiting for a backroom and unloading supervisor role. You will assist in leading the backroom, respond to issues, and train associates while delivering high customer service and ensuring task completion.

You will plan department activities based on workload, coordinate with the Stocking Coaches and Store Management, supervise merchandising, and maintain safety and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers and helping with product choices.
• Coordinate task completion with Stocking 1 & 2 Coaches and Store Management.
• Review backroom appearance and assist with merchandising and stocking.
• Lead daily team huddles and communicate updates and goals.
• Secure high ticket items and complete daily safety audits.
• Review schedules with People Lead.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates through teaching.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and adhere to policy.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring new associates.
