Job summary

Walmart Canada in Woodbridge, ON is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet customers, help with product selection, promote items, locate merchandise and assist decision-making. You will manage workloads, sign merchandise, and maintain shelf integrity to support stock availability.

Additional duties include using proper fixtures and tools, keeping displays secure, and preparing backrooms for stock unloading.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
