Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Associate to support stocking duties and provide friendly customer service in a safe, clean store environment. You will stock picks and new merchandise, assist customers, and help maintain shelf integrity.

This role requires teamwork, attention to workload, proper merchandise signing, and adherence to safety guidelines. You will prepare the backroom for stock unloading and participate in the Customer Availability process.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with promotions, locating merchandise, helping with purchases and resolving concerns.
• Review workload for assigned store areas.
• Sign merchandise accurately.
• Maintain modular integrity and minimize shelf capacity errors.
• Stock merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensure proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete tasks.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free environment by following policies and completing safety checks.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading.
