Job summary

Walmart in Hawkesbury, ON is seeking a Store Associate to provide customer service while stocking shelves and preparing backrooms. You will greet customers, assist with locating merchandise and ensure a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing workload, accurately signing merchandise, supporting CAP/VizPicking, and maintaining fixtures and shelf capacity to improve availability. The position starts at $17.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
