Walmart Canada in Powell River, BC, is looking for a Stocking Associate to provide customer service and complete stocking activities. The role involves stocking picks and new merchandise in a safe, clean environment as part of a team, with workload-based planning and execution.

The position starts at a minimum hourly rate of 18.40 CAD. This role requires candidates aged 16 or older and offers opportunities to contribute to store operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
