Job summary

Walmart Canada in Dauphin, MB is seeking a Store Associate to support stocking and customer service duties. You will stock picks and new merchandise, keep the environment safe and clean, and work with a team to plan tasks based on workload.

Your role focuses on greeting customers, assisting with locating merchandise, maintaining shelf integrity, and supporting the Customer Availability Process. Prioritize safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
