Job summary

CHANEL Canada ULC. is seeking a Stock Support at the Yorkdale Boutique in North York, ON. The role involves back‑of‑house administration, inventory prep, and coordinating with Head Office to uphold CHANEL standards of service.

Ideal candidates will have customer service and stock management experience, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment. Weekend hours and professional presentation are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain back of house areas clean and tidy at all times
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence; organize boutique inventories
• Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Head Office
• Provide high levels of customer service to clients and staff
• Keep staff areas updated with memos and notices

Stock Support

Location: Yorkdale Boutique (in Holt Renfrew), North York, ON

Reports to: Operations Assistant

Contract : Full-time and permanent position

Your role @ Chanel:

The Stock Support will effectively perform administrative and back of house duties in support of a variety of assigned functions required for the Boutique and the Head Office, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

• Ensure the back of house areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Assisting with back of house operations such as, receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence; preparation and organization of boutique inventories
• Ensuring Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed
• Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required
• Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head Office
• Work effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each areas and staff room
• Apply a helpful and courteous manner towards all colleagues, remaining reliable, supportive and flexible as the business demands
• Ensure absolute confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities and internal affairs at all times
