Job summary

Linen Chest in Mississauga is seeking a Stock Lead to manage daily stockroom operations and support the flow of products from stockroom to the sales floor. The role emphasizes strong leadership, organization, and teamwork to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and inventory control.

You will work closely with merchandising and sales associates to keep the stockroom synchronized with store needs, while guiding the stock team through priority setting and efficient daily

Job description

As a Stock Lead , you play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our store operates smoothly every day. You are responsible for receiving, picking and packing merchandise for shipping , and preparing products for the sales floor through accurate labeling. You also maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and stored in line with current store standards. By working closely with the merchandising team and sales associates, you help create a seamless flow of product from the stockroom to the sales floor.

In addition, you lead and support the stock team while overseeing daily stockroom operations, setting priorities, and ensuring efficiency, organization, and teamwork throughout the day.
