Job summary

Linen Chest in Mississauga, Canada is seeking a Stock Lead to keep store operations smooth. You will receive, pick and pack shipments and prepare products for the sales floor with accurate labeling.

You’ll maintain inventory accuracy, label and store products per standards, and work closely with merchandising and sales teams to move stock from stockroom to floor. You’ll lead the stock team, set priorities, and ensure efficiency and teamwork throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Good physical condition is required to lift and move stock.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Previous stock/warehouse experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and pack merchandise for shipping.
• Prepare products for the sales floor with accurate labeling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper labeling/storage per standards.
• Lead and support the stock team; oversee daily stockroom operations.
• Coordinate with merchandising and sales teams to move stock smoothly to the floor.

Job Description

As a Stock Lead, you play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our store operates smoothly every day. You are responsible for receiving, picking and packing merchandise for shipping , and preparing products for the sales floor through accurate labeling.

You also maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and stored in line with current store standards. By working closely with the merchandising team and sales associates, you help create a seamless flow of product from the stockroom to the sales floor.

In addition, you lead and support the stock team while overseeing daily stockroom operations, setting priorities, and ensuring efficiency, organization, and teamwork throughout the day.
