Job summary

ALDO Group in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario is seeking a Part-Time Stock Coordinator to keep inventory flowing and the store ready for customers. You will manage shipments, organize the backroom, and support daily operations while staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to visual setup and store readiness. You will join a fashion-forward team that values growth, benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail or service industry is preferred.
• A keen interest in fashion and customer service is expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product, and helping with visual setup.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup
