Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is seeking a Stock Associate for Guildford Town Centre to receive, organize, and maintain store inventory. You will unload shipments, inspect items, stock shelves, and keep stockrooms orderly to support efficient store operations.

You will also assist customers, replenish products on the sales floor, and help with store opening/setup while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and maintain inventory in the store.
  • Manage shipping and receiving, unload, unpack, and inspect for damages.
  • Organize products on shelves and in storage areas to maintain stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure products are labeled, priced, and presented to store standards.
  • Keep stockrooms clean and safe for easy access to inventory.
  • Assist customers by locating products and providing general support.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor and help with opening/setup.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a Stock Associate at Guildford Town Centre.

About the Role

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory within the store. Including but not limited to…

  • Manage the shipping and receiving of incoming inventory by unloading, unpacking, and inspecting for accuracy and any damages in a timely manner
  • Organize products on shelves and in storage areas, following proper inventory procedures to maintain stock levels of all items
  • Conduct regular stock counts andassistin resolving inventory discrepancies or overstock situations
  • Ensure products are properly labelled, priced, and presented in accordance to store standards
  • Keep stockrooms clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards, ensuring easy access to inventory and optimal operational efficiency
  • Assist customers by locating products and offering general support as needed
  • Work closely with store teams to ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor
  • Support with store opening and setup
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, combined with excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to changing inventory needs and store demands
  • Basic math proficiency for scheduled inventory counts and supporting loss prevention efforts
  • Adheres to company policies and maintains compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
  • Comfortable using ladders or step stools to climb and access higher shelves or stock
  • Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or fluctuations in temperature
