Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for our Sherway Garden team. You will deliver outstanding customer service with strong product knowledge and help customers select the right items.

Greet shoppers, answer questions, and process transactions using our POS system while maintaining store standards. You will also assist with inventory, stocking, and opening/setup duties in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our Sherway Garden team as a Sales Associate.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients. Including but not limited to…

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experiencein a friendly and professional manner
• Assess customer needs and inquiries by asking open-ended questions to provide personalized solutions, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to support them in selecting the right products
• Stay informed about current sales and ongoing in-store promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience
• Ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions by efficiently utilizing our point-of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program
• Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term brand loyalty
• Manage the shipping and receiving of incoming inventory by unloading, unpacking,and inspecting for accuracy and any damages in a timely manner
• Organize products on shelves and in storage areas, following proper inventory
• procedures to maintain stock levels of all items
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies or overstock situations
• Ensure products are properly labelled, priced, and presented in accordance to store standards
• Support with store opening and setup
• Keep storeclean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• A deep enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, combined with great communication and interpersonal skill
• Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs and inventory needs change
• Basic math proficiency for scheduled inventory counts and supporting loss prevention efforts
• Adheres to company policies and maintains compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs.for extended periods of time, and ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
• Comfortable using ladders or step stools to climb and access higher shelves or stock
• Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, brightlighting, or fluctuations in temperature
