Job summary

Kiokii Inc is seeking a Stock Associate at CF Toronto Eaton Centre to receive, organize, and maintain inventory across the store. You will unload shipments, stock shelves, run regular counts, label and price items, and help keep the stockroom safe and orderly.

You will assist customers, support replenishment, and help with store opening and setup. The role requires attention to detail, team spirit, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, with physical tasks including

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize and maintain inventory within the store.
• Unload, unpack and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize products on shelves and in storage areas; maintain stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies or overstock.
• Label, price and present products per store standards.
• Assist customers and support with replenishment on the sales floor.
• Support store opening and setup; perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

About the Role

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory within the store. Including but not limited to…

• Manage the shipping and receiving of incoming inventory by unloading, unpacking, and inspecting for accuracy and any damages in a timely manner
• Organize products on shelves and in storage areas, following proper inventory procedures to maintain stock levels of all items
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies oroverstock situations
• Ensure products are properly labelled, priced, and presented in accordance to store standards
• Keep stockrooms clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards, ensuring easy access to inventory and optimal operational efficiency
• Assist customers by locating products and offering general support as needed
• Work closely with store teams to ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor
• Support with store opening and setup
• Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, combined with excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to changing inventory needs and store demands
• Basic math proficiency for scheduled inventory counts and supporting loss prevention efforts
• Adheres to company policies and maintains compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
• Comfortable using ladders or step stools to climb and access higher shelves or stock
• Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, brightlighting, or fluctuations in temperature
