Job summary

HOKA stores are seeking a Stock Associate to organize inventory and maintain safe stock areas while supporting a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Stock Lead to receive, merchandise, and stock items, ensuring customers find products when they want them.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a focus on brand standards and customer service as part of our Deckers Brands mission.

Qualifications

• One (1) to (2) years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize inventory and create safe, efficient stock areas.
• Work with Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items for customers.
• Operate as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals.
• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products; verify shipments and handle discrepancies.
• Help replenish and display product on the sales floor according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and promote the store and brand.
