• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying boxes, and organizing stock for extended periods.
• Previous retail or stockroom experience is an asset.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes and procedures.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom to ensure accurate labeling and placement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with shipping/receiving procedures.
• Support stockroom cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist team members on the sales floor to locate products and support customer service.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and collaborate with store leadership.

Role Description The Stock Associate (Call It Spring) is a part-time, on-site role based in Burlington, ON. This role is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in the stockroom, ensuring accurate labeling and placement of products. The Stock Associate maintains inventory accuracy, supports stockroom cleanliness and safety standards, and prepares items for quick replenishment to the sales floor. This role also assists with shipping and receiving procedures, supports retail loss prevention efforts by following company policies, and may help team members locate products to support customer service on the sales floor. The Stock Associate works closely with store leadership and colleagues to maintain efficient operations and contribute to a positive store environment.
