Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON for a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist. The Sterile Compounding Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing compounded sterile preparations, monitoring the compounding process for quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols. Additional tasks include maintaining detailed records, overseeing inventory management, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sterile compounding, aseptic techniques, and preparation of intravenous medications.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and procedures related to sterile compounding and pharmacy operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent, with a valid pharmacist license in Ontario.
