Job summary

Simcoe County District School Board is seeking a STEP assessor to support K-12 students by administering the STEP assessment before enrolment at the NWC or at their school or local learning centre. The role includes writing summative reports to help school officials plan appropriate educational programming and regular collaboration with the MLL Consultant and the NWC coordinator of STEP assessment results.

Qualifications

• OCT Certificate required.
• ESL qualifications required.
• Experience with Elementary and Secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Administer STEP assessment for K-12 new entrants before enrolment at NWC or school/learning centre.
• Write the summative report for school officials to plan appropriate educational programming.
• Communicate and collaborate with the MLL Consultant and the NWC STEP assessment results coordinator.
