Job summary

Jardeg Construction is recruiting Steamfitter/Pipefitter Journeypersons to join the team at CNRL Wolf Lake near Bonnyville, Alberta for long term maintenance work on an outage project. Positions start mid-September on a 7/7 schedule, with 11.5 hour days.

The site is an In-Situ Thermal facility, requiring precise piping layout, fabrication and repair experience. Responsibilities include following foreperson directions, assembling and maintaining piping systems, and keeping work areas clean and

• Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter ticket required.
• Commitment to safe work practices and high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal instructions from foreperson, or leadhand.
• Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.
• Maintain all tools, work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.

CNRL Wolf Lake is an In-Situ Thermal site, .
Steamfitter/pipefitters lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes. Pipefitters also remove and replace worn components, do general maintenance work and may work on plant shutdowns.
