The State of Minnesota, Commerce Department, is seeking a Program Administrator to oversee grant administration, progress tracking, and reporting for energy programs. You will manage relationships with partners, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely, compliant program delivery.
Ideal candidates bring at least three years of grant management experience, strong budgeting and coordination skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a diverse, collaborative environment.

Hybrid work schedule available, up to 50% telework depending on business needs. This position will support grant administration, progress tracking, and reporting for state and federal energy programs. Examples include Training for Residential Energy Contractors, Formula Grant, Energy Auditor Training Grant, and the Home Energy Rebates.
This position manages key relationships, troubleshoots challenges, and collaborates with partners to ensure programs are implemented effectively and in accordance with funding requirements.
Three (3) years of experience performing analysis, exercising judgment, and relying on knowledge in grant management.
A Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Science, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field may substitute for one (1) year of experience.
An Advanced degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Science, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field may substitute for eighteen (18) months of experience.
