Role & Responsibilities

• Providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
• Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer first attitude.
• Assisting customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages.
• Maintaining customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
• Following company recipes and standards, following health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Adhering to cash handling and register policies.
