Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a Stakeholder Partnerships Lead to drive the growth of its Patient Support Program across Canada. This client-facing role emphasizes relationship development, opportunity qualification, and strategic engagement with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth and Partnerships, you will spearhead outreach, industry networking at conferences, and collaborations with RFP teams to position Sentrex as a preferred PSP partner while

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of business development, pharmaceutical sales, account management, or strategic partnership experience within healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical and patient support program landscape.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: identify and advance new opportunities with pharma manufacturers and strategic stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: build executive relationships and communicate Sentrex value proposition.
  • Conference & Industry Engagement: represent Sentrex at Canadian industry events and conferences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with BD Solutions, Operations, and leadership for positioning and proposals.
  • CRM & Reporting: maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and provide forecasts to leadership.

The Opportunity:

A highly motivated and relationship-driven Stakeholder Partnerships Lead to support the continued expansion of our Patient Support Program (PSP) business across Canada.

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Growth and Partnerships, this role is primarily client-facing and focused on generating new business opportunities, strengthening industry relationships, increasing awareness of Sentrex capabilities, and positioning Sentrex as a preferred PSP partner for pharmaceutical manufacturers. The successful candidate will lead proactive outreach, relationship development, conference networking, and strategic engagement activities designed to secure invitations to RFPs, capability presentations, and other commercial opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with strong pharmaceutical industry relationships, exceptional networking skills, and a deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare and specialty pharmaceutical landscape.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify, cultivate, and advance new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, and strategic industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to increase Sentrex’s visibility and market presence within the Canadian PSP landscape.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Secure invitations to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), capability presentations, workshops, and strategic partner discussions.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities to identify upcoming launches, pipeline products, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and key decision-makers across commercial, market access, patient support, and medical teams.
  • Serve as a trusted external ambassador for Sentrex and effectively articulate the organization’s value proposition, differentiators, and capabilities.
  • Lead introductory meetings, capability presentations, networking engagements, and relationship-building activities.
  • Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to support relationship growth, identify expansion opportunities, and reinforce partnership satisfaction.

Conference & Industry Engagement

  • Represent Sentrex at industry conferences, networking events, client meetings, and association activities across Canada.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for strategic visibility, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and industry partnerships.
  • Develop meaningful relationships within the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem to expand awareness of Sentrex services and expertise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with BD Solutions and Operations (RFP team), Executive Leadership, and Subject Matter Experts to support opportunity qualification and strategic positioning.
  • Collaborate on presentation development, client engagement strategies, and pre-RFP activities.
  • Support seamless transition of opportunities from relationship development through proposal and contracting phases.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of opportunities, client interactions, and pipeline activities within CRM systems.
  • Track business development metrics, lead progression, and sales activities.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership regarding pipeline health, strategic opportunities, and market trends

Market Intelligence and Strategic Input

  • Monitor the Canadian PSP landscape, including competitor activity, payer policy changes, and evolving manufacturer expectations.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to BD strategy, capability investment priorities, and go-to-market positioning.
  • Support the development of proactive solution concepts and unsolicited proposals for key target clients.
  • Provide additional support with other duties or projects as may be relevant to this role.

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of business development, pharmaceutical sales, account management, or strategic partnership experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or PSP environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical and patient support program landscape.
  • Demonstrated success building client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Existing industry network and relationships within pharmaceutical manufacturers considered a strong asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly within Canada for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
