We’re Hiring: Stager | Organizer | Decorator

Location: Airdrie, AB (serving the Greater Calgary Area)

Position Type: Part-Time Casual to Start (with potential for growth)

Wage: $22–25/hr based on experience + Bonuses

About Us

We’re Happy Place Spaces—a small, joyful, all-female team that transforms homes and lives through thoughtful organizing, staging, and decorating. We specialize in helping people through life transitions like moves, renovations, and downsizing, and we do it with heart, humour, and hustle.

Our work is hands-on, meaningful, and always changing. We’re looking for someone who loves variety, thrives in a team environment, and finds joy in making spaces feel better.

What You'll Be Doing

A mix of:

• Hands-on decluttering, packing, unpacking, and organizing
• Home staging setup and takedown (including shifting furniture under 50 lbs and hanging art)
• Providing consultations for staging and decorating recommendations
• Sourcing decor, creating design plans, and pulling looks together
• Client communication, basic admin and email support
• Loading/unloading decor from our Airdrie-based home warehouse

What We're Looking For

• A calm, positive, upbeat energy—someone who naturally puts clients at ease
• Someone who’s physically fit and comfortable with lifting light-to-moderate items, bending, reaching, etc.
• A love of transforming spaces and making them shine
• A reliable vehicle and valid license
• A flexible schedule – most work is Monday to Friday, 9–4, though hours can be unpredictable (some weeks are quiet, others are full!)

Extra Amazing If You Have:

• Certification or background in design, staging, or professional organizing
• Handy skills (e.g., hanging art, assembling furniture, using basic tools)
