The Stage Experience Lead - Full Time will oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or a combination. An Assistant Manager, Client Experience, ensures the team executes Sephora’s selling model and provides outstanding client service to meet and exceed company objectives.

  • Client Experience: Ensure all team members properly execute Sephora’s selling model and respond promptly to client feedback. Partner with the direct manager to address client-related issues via feedback tools or direct communication.
  • Embracing Innovation: Support training of all staff in Client Interactive Technology.
  • Event Management: Support in-store events to help achieve store goals and meet client needs.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Monitor performance situations, provide coaching, and participate in regular check-ins with team members.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and identify business opportunities.
Profile

Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, ability to influence, team-building, sales, and client service skills.
