Build living dashboards, metrics frameworks, and automated reporting to track experience performance at scale. Conduct multivariate experiments and funnel analyses to measure impact and prioritize improvements.

Create sustainable frameworks and methods for UXR that can be adopted across multiple teams; maintain consistency and quality while enabling faster, evidence-based iteration cycles for cross-functional teams who do research.

Lead cross-functional workshops to align on hypotheses, metrics, and experiment design. Build strong relationships with engineering, data science/analytics, and product management to ensure actionable outcomes. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
